Booking your wedding ceremony starts with these steps:

Please read the steps below and when you are ready with all your choices and information, please click on the “Inquire About A Wedding Time” button at the bottom of this page. We will review your request, and an email will be sent to confirm if the space is available for that time.

Step 1 – Select Your Venue and Date

Availability is not guaranteed until a deposit is made and a confirmation is received. Please note that because we are dealing with many venues we cannot guarantee availability until a booking is confirmed.

Step 2 – Request a Date

Once you have found your preferred time and date, submit the request. If you have alternate dates in mind, mention those in the comments. If a requested date is available, a confirmation will be sent via email within two business days, and you will receive a deposit invoice for ceremonies more than 30 days away or full payment invoice for ceremonies less than 30 days away.

Step 3 – Choose Your Optional Extras

This can be done at anytime up to one week before the ceremony. Please note that availability for some options varies depending on the selected venue  and time of year. Please book optional items as far ahead as possible.
